The application form for entry to the Sixth Form in September 2026 is below.
Cotswold Edge Sixth Form is based at Brimsham Green School, and many students move from Brimsham Green into Cotswold Edge Sixth Form for their post-16 studies. However, we also warmly welcome and encourage applications from year 11 students not currently attending Brimsham Green.
In school applicants will be provided with a named application pre-filled with their current grades. External applicants should use the form below.
Information on how to fill in the form is provided in the Prospectus.
Please note that the form has now been updated to show the courses that have been confirmed as running.
Returning Application forms
Completed application forms can be:
- Handed into Reception or to the Sixth Form Admin Office at Brimsham Green School
- Emailed to the Head of Sixth Form Mr Brown at rbrown@brimsham.com
- Posted to Brimsham Green School (see address at the bottom of this page) labelled 'FAO: Mr R Brown' or 'Cotswold Edge Application'.
Application deadline
The main application deadline for entry in September 2026 has now passed, but you can still apply directly by returning your completed application form to the Head of Sixth Form Mr Brown at rbrown@brimsham.com.

Spring 2026: The subjects that will be running in September 2026 have now been confirmed, and allocated to timetable blocks. Students can only take one subject per block.
